Processing & Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier services
• Customs clearance
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer
• Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
• Public holidays

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on orders over R2,000.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the courier's system.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the courier confirms delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and monitored.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.
